Our poor little Tyce has been fighting a brochial virus over the last few days and it has been a little heartbreaking for us.
The good news is that he has been getting slightly better. He still has some weezing, but he is sleeping and eating much better now.
As you can see in the photo he has been on a nebulizer which the doctor said isn’t really doing it’s job as well as it should. But he is a fighter. We will keep you updated on his progress.

Over the last week we had the great opportunity of having my (Tyler) family come out to spend some time with us and see our new home. We know they mostly came just to see Tyce, but still we had a blast!

It was a very full week. During the little time they were here we hit up Seaworld, Busch Gardens, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Universal Studios, and of course some beach time at Cocoa Beach.

The funnest part of all the parks was to watch Tyce. He is so cute! Make sure you check out the pictures and video of their trip, because Tyce is a major part of the footage. The weather was perfect for their stay, hanging around the high 70’s and low 80’s. You couldn’t ask for more, especially while it was snowing at the same time in Salt Lake City.

We are so glad that we got to spend the time with them and we hope that they can come visit us again soon!

Our Florida Move 2009!

Hi Guys! We just moved here to Orlando, Florida!  Its a 2600 + mile trek that took us about 6 days.  We have done this trip a couple of times before which took about half the time.  But now for Tyce’s sake we took it much slower.  Destiny and Tyce traveled in the hummer, while me and Jade traveled in our 26′ Penske truck.  We left from St. George so we decided to take a southern route through Arizona, Texas, Mississippi, ect.  until we arrived to our new homestate of Florida.

For the most part Tyce was a real trooper, but we have now found out the consequences of the trip. You see… Tyce use to be really good in the car… but now (after that very long ride) he absolutely hates it.  I can’t say I blame him though.

I was largely surprised with how well Jade took the whole trip.  She was very good in the truck with me.  She hardly wined at all until about the last day of the trip when she also, like Tyce, had had enough.

When we arrived in Orlando, our friends Jon and Ashley were kind enough to take us in until the house could finally close.  The closing became a big mess and we ended up hanging around for about a week.  We are very grateful for their kindness, as it saved us a tremendous amount of money from having to stay in hotels.
